Honestly, it was a total surprise for me with both awards.  I had only been here a few years when I received the Employee of the Quarter.  My dad used to tell me when I was a teenage, "Always do the best job that you can do because you never know who's watching you" If you are going to be a Ditch Digger, be the best Digger ever...that stuck with me my whole life.
