
Long time restaurant service employee with 10 years of experience. This time in the industry has taught me how to manage stress levels in high paced environments while maintaining friendly, efficient service. These skills expand beyond table service, with many of these positions requiring me to be my own bartender, as well as tend bar for the entirety of the restaurant. My time within management expanded this skillset by providing me with knowledge on proper ordering, writing schedules for large teams, as well as some basic training and operations withing the kitchen as chef. As a leader, I was expected to train a staff that upheld the standards of a fine dining restaurant, as well as set the standard of service expected in a high class environment.
