- My main role at Dorasti was to acquire as many new accounts as possible to support company growth through radical prospecting
- This included industry research, cold calling, making contact through various social media platforms, setting up sales appointments and updating my CRM
- During my time at Dorasti, I was able to create lucrative opportunities with very high profile clientele through setting up sales appointments
- As the relationship/ business development manager I was also responsible for providing top quality customer service for the online store and for high profile VIP accounts
- Other duties were creating template correspondence, emailing/calling clients, aiding in training new staff, organization and templatization of the business.
