Xyah Richardson

Hi, my name is Xyah Richardson. I am 20 years old and I grew up helping my mom with her own daycare so I’ve encountered all kinds of children and environments. I would approach each day and unique challenges with enthusiasm, patience and humor. Which I believe you have to in order to connect better with children and their time of development. I am hardworking and passionate job seeker with strong organizational skills eager to secure entry-level Child Development/ Behavioral Technician position. I am ready and eager to learn more so that I am able to fulfill this job to the fullest to pursue as my career. Children are my passion. I have always been ready to understand and grow as someone who has been around and working with children for a very long time. I learned most of my skills by babysitting all throughout the year (and still currently) and having to work in-home and in-school. I am a detail- oriented team player with strong organizational skills. I am able to resolve conflict and I am able to communicate very well. I am currently waiting to take classes to better understand the development of children and how to create a safe and constructive environment for them to learn while also just enjoying their childhood.
