I handled shipped packages and received goods such as insurance info, medical reports, company/customer checks and materials under guidance of company's procedures.

I maintained accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments.

I was also in charge of updating company databases, websites and account information daily because information was constantly changing.

• Assisted with administrative tasks such as filing documents, copying materials.
• Checked visitors in and directed or escorted to appropriate personnel.
• Processed incoming mail and packages accurately and promptly daily.
• Used sign-in sheets and other check-in procedures to track visitors on premises.

During morning and afternoon traffic, I observed my surroundings continuously to keep the children and parents safe before and after crossing them. As well as assisting traffic to prevent longer delays and ensure a fast and safe departure.
