I have worked at Fat Boys Crabhouse for about a year and a few months as a runner. I was expected to keep the front register area stocked, greet customers, take orders over the phone, help customers whenever they needed assistance, and maintain a clean and organized work area. As for the kitchen area, I was expected to get orders out in a timely fashion, accommodate customers, keep the eating areas clean, and work under pressure while keeping a positive attitude.
