Hello My name is Yoshiko Alaman, I've always worked in Customer Service & have gained many valuable skills. I've learned how to work in fast paced environments, manage time effectively, and how to prioritize tasks . I also know how to use a computer (Microsoft Excel , word etc) and have excellent communication skills. I can handle multiple phone lines and effectively problem solve and provide resolutions. I learned how to call insurance providers and verify patients insurance benefits for billing purposes. When I began working in customer service I learned the importance of having strong customer service knowledge , customer service is a way to form a bond with a customer, and it assures them that they will be guaranteed great service to keep them coming back and refer the place of business to others . When I worked at CVS, if a customer needed help to find something , and we didn't have that item I would find something similar and do whatever I could to accommodate that person, so they left with a smile on their face. I also believe it is important to maintain a positive attitude, you never know what someone may be going through, and your attitude could brighten their day. Prioritizing tasks efficiently is also very important.I can take multiple tasks I am assigned and do them in the order of importance and/or by the date or time to be completed. All of these skills I learned are also great things to help me through life in general & I value the opportunity to continue learning important skills . Having these experiences has given me a lot of confidence and I believe I would be a great fit for this position. It would be an honor to be able to display my knowledge Thank you for considering me.
