Caesarstone Technologies USA is a manufacturing plant on 125 acres in Richmond Hill, Georgia. It has multiple production lines, distribution channels, sales channels, warehouses, environmental systems, and its own headquarters. Leading 14 department managers in production, technology, maintenance, quality, facility maintenance, engineering (with a $4 million annual capital plan), supply chain, logistics, operational excellence, finance, IT, and human resources. accountable for the BU's profit and loss statement (managing a $40 million AOP). My most recent significant accomplishment was leading a recovery assignment at the US site. This resulted in a $2.35 million cost savings for OVH while also improving product quality and capacity during the impact of the COVID-19 price increase in 2021. We were able to maintain the upward trend in 2022 while also adding more products (from 16 to 22) to our portfolio and marketing and sales expertise to the team.
