Byetdance OA Marketplace Integration, TikTok/ Bytedance Oct. 2023- Now

  • Led the integration of Bytedance OA Marketplace with third-party e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Overture - TikTok Swag, CDW, and Dell. Managed cross-functional collaboration to identify and resolve technical issues, co-develop new features, conduct joint testing, and onboard new partners. Conducted training sessions for 300+ attendees, achieving a platform satisfaction score of 4.5/5. Ensured a seamless user experience with 0 bad cases reported post-integration.

Tokopedia x ByteDance Finance & OA Integration, TikTok/ Bytedance  Feb.2024 - Oct.2024

Facilitated the onboarding of Indonesia’s largest e-commerce platform, Tokopedia, onto Bytedance’s OA and Finance systems, ensuring a smooth transition during the merger. Provided comprehensive training and operational support, including:
