  • Inspect all aircraft parts received and confirm that the correct release documentation accompanies each part and forwarded the same to Store Inspector
  • Make SDR (Store Discrepancies Report) of any spares/tools receive from supplier with in proper documents, short shipped, damaged etc And forwarded it to Buyer for further action
  • Interrogate and update the computerized inventory system with all issues & credits
  • Ensure all hangar check and pre-loaded items are drawn from stock in timely fashion, ensuring all items with aircraft registration, & job card numbers
  • Act as the focal point for resolution of computer system queries related to technical Stores transaction
  • Investigating thoroughly all stock discrepancies before the completion of a stock discrepancy form

  • Organize and provide logistical support of spares including taking loan from other operator in the shortest possible time span for Aircraft On Ground in Base and Outstation and customers
  • Monitor and ensure to return un-fulfilled loaned or exchanged core unit within the agreed time
  • Support other airlines/operator in distress by renting material
  • Coordinate with Engineering Manager and outstation Engineer for the position of required spares to accomplish planned task and to ship all removed spares back to main stores for onwards dispatch to decided repair agency or contracted vendors
  • Review maintenance input packages received from Maintenance Planning, to identify material requirements, tooling and vendor assistance and initiate follow up action as required
  • Provide alert/ immediate feedback to Maintenance Planning for any material or tooling shortages and coordinate with them for provisioning of the same for the input or re-scheduling of the relevant task
  • Annual physical stock taking and reconciliation to obtain and meet annual financial report required by Finance Dept
  • Monitor stock level of the spares consistently and order the same as required
  • Contact supplier to resolve short shipment, pricing/invoice discrepancies and authorized document quires
  • Forward the status of in-house repairable items to the Engineering Manager/Shop Managers to plan its repair at their respective shops.
