Tended to the attorneys and to the paralegals in producing various exhibits for award certificates, sorted client records by paying close attention to detail on each level of case, while also inventorying copies into physical files and documenting them into a Microsoft spreadsheet.
- Court filed the five levels of cases that come into the battalion. Those cases holding the titles of; Investigations, Article 15’s, Separations, Court Marshals, and GOMOR’s.
- Inventoried classified packets into a spreadsheet by date, alphabetical order, and the level of title it was given by the attorneys.

Served as a confidential aide to an executive that's in charge of over 800 personnel. This has brought on various duties during my time served. Those duties implied on what systems were used and at what rate those would get done by. During my time, the duties entailed were coordinating calendar's, relaying sensitive information/documents, the correspondence of email management, and fostering to diverse communication channels on collecting feedback.
Microsoft Outlook:
- Scheduled appointments and handled the calender for the senior executive in order to coordinate meetings with different companies and other senior leaderships.
- Handled administrative tasks such as report processing packets to reach higher grades of authority. Separating packets on the demand of high-priority cases. Once that process was done I would take them to the human resource department to process it higher up.
- Drafted professional correspondence on behalf of the executive relationships with senior leadership and clients. While also reviewing incoming communication of urgency that the executive would review or take action upon.

As a Combat Engineer I held the experience of providing demolition expertise and services in clearing obstacles while holding pressuring timelines. Also holding the knowledge of the construction and implementation of explosive charges, while imbedding the safety laws and practices.

- Holding the position of being a CLS (Combat Lifesaver) certifier, I had to provide wound care/first aid to a solider that had a seize and hit his head on a rock while waiting on the medics.
- Created in practice scenarios, a physical 360 plan on an evacuation plans for casualties and the remaining personnel without sensitive information being leaked.
