  • Contributed to development of annual budgets and oversaw multimillion dollar expenditures for 7 Multifamily Housing programs.
  • Presented the Program's budget requests to the Maryland State Appropriations Committee each fiscal year.
  • Coordinated activities with the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to support Transitional Housing and Shelter program funding, Requested annual data on the need for homeless housing units. Reviewed contracts awarded to service providers to ensure sufficient funding available to support housing units.
