  • Thank you for your patience, hard work and significant effort as we have all worked through the exciting challenge of integrating three organizations into one bank.
  • One key part of coming together is to align our reward philosophy and our compensation structure. Additionally, we have moved into one HRIS system, Workday. Through this alignment, the historical Float and Part Time Differential programs available at legacy NYCB will end.
  • As a teammate who was eligible for this program as of 12/30/23, you will no longer see this as a separate item within the HRIS system. As of 1/6/24, any applicable differential percentages will be added to your base rate of pay. You will see this new rate of pay reflected in the 1/19/24 payroll.
  • This change is more administrative in nature and does not impact your role or responsibilities.
  • More companywide information about the bank’s reward philosophy and compensation structure will be communicated over the next few months as we continue to come together. Should you have any immediate questions, please contact your HR Business Partner or HR-Compensation@flagstar.com.
