I'm excited to apply for the Residential Supervisor position at AMFM Healthcare. Having previously worked with you guys as a Behavioral Health Technician, I gained invaluable experience supporting clients and staff in a residential mental health setting. During that time, I was deeply inspired by AMFM’s mission and commitment to compassionate, detailed and planned care. 

I left Southern California to complete my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and now that I have achieved that milestone and returned to the area, I am ready and eager to bring both my education and my hands-on experience back to AMFM in a leadership capacity. In my prior role, I developed a strong foundation in client support, crisis de-escalation, and residential care operations. I also witnessed firsthand the importance of teamwork, structure, and empathy in creating a therapeutic environment. With my BA in Psychology, I bring enhanced knowledge of human behavior and mental health treatment approaches, paired with the practical skills I developed while working in your program. I am confident this combination equips me to successfully supervise staff, ensure program compliance, and foster a safe, healing environment for both clients and team members. Most importantly, I remain committed to AMFM’s mission of providing hope, dignity, and care for individuals living with severe mental illness through supporting our frontline staff and therapist teams.
