• Assumed responsibility for and provided training on multi million dollar, bio-hazardous equipment, Conducted and provided timely and detailed maintenance reports on all assigned work after completion, Calibrate testing instruments and installed or repaired equipment to prescribed specifications
• Consult with customers, supervisors, or engineers to plan layout of equipment or to resolve problems in system operation or maintenance
• Study blueprints, schematics, manuals, or other specifications to determine installation procedures
• Examine work orders and converse with equipment operators to detect equipment problems and to ascertain whether mechanical or human errors contributed to the problems

• 3 years’ experience with customer sales and providing customer service with upgrading options and operations
• Utilized Point of Sales system to conduct sales, manage daily cash flow, inventory and receive drawer countdown to ensure 100% accuracy of sales and services
• Cross-trained in all area’s of shop operations over a 3 year period.
