During my time as the store driver, there were many occasions in which I had to take on the role of acting Commercial Parts Pro. Such occasions being when the current Commercial Parts Pro had to go on leave or was absent in his duties. As such, I have been crossed trained in said position so I can be a more effective member of the team instead of a hinderance incase of his absence.
