I have been very fortunate working for Mortenson to run work in multiple facets. I was first hired to manage the completion of the Providence Healthcare Center - Reeds Crossing, after which I transferred to their sustaining healthcare team. I spent just shy of two years working at OHSU Marquam Hill Campus running ID/IQ TI projects. I moved into a the position of Lead Superintendent for the Sustaining Healthcare team, helping to manage both OHSU as well as Kaiser Permanente projects in their Tanasbourne Medical Center office, as well as helping to stand up our team on our first venture into the Legacy Healthcare system. In that time, i had helped advise on bidding and estimation for final GMP of the Portland Art Museum. Earlier this year, after a number of quality concern issues at the art museum, I was asked to move to that project to take on the Mark building Interiors and Roof Mechanical room that would serve the new Rothko Pavillion. I quickly picked up the planning of the interiors of the Rothko Pavillion, as well as the last bit of interior work of the Main building. Towards the end of my time there I helped cover the steel structure phase when that Superintendent went on early Paternity leave.
I have had the privilege to of spent the majority of my career with ISEC. I have worked on countless jobs, most notable being The Suncadia Resort, Swedish Medical Center in Issaquah, Fred Hutchison Cancer Research Institute, Tacoma General Hospital, Mason County General Hospital, The W Hotel Project in Bellevue Square, The New Burke Museum, 8th and Howell Hyatt Regency Hotel and Convention Center in Seattle, Hyatt Regency Hotel and Convention Center in Portland, PDX CCE/CCB, EPA Corvallis, Nike World Headquarters, Multnomah County Courthouse, and Ritz Carlton Hotel Portland.
