• Meet crucial deadlines requested

• Input proper loan information into the system for processing

• Gather information & take each file from pre-approval to closing

• Communicate with fellow employees & lenders in a manner that shows sensitivity, tact &

professionalism

• Responsible for ensuring that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified & complies with

company policy

• Review & verify borrowers income, credit report & employment histories to prepare loan application

for underwriting submittal

• Ensure compliance with company policies, underwriting guidelines and lending-program requirements
