Successfully completed a thorough and significant project that brings benefits to both the company and business through cost savings. This project involves making external calls to both prescribers and patients. Patients who are eligible for a 90-day supply of medication and currently only receiving a 30-day supply. The process includes verifying the patients plan, reaching out to the patient multiple times, obtaining their approval, and then contacting their provider for the 90-day prescription. Detailed records of each step are meticulously documented in the patient's account to track the progress of each outreach. As part of the project, the company now ships medication monthly via UPS, but with patient and provider approval, we can switch to shipping four times a year, resulting in significant cost savings.
