• Quantified and cataloged data for egg masses laid by various arthropods of varying symbiont type.

• Dissected egg masses to check for cytoplasmic incompatibility.

• Extracted DNA from both male and female arthropods with different endosymbionts.

• Carried out molecular PCR work.

• Tested DNA using gel electrophoresis.

• Using an aspirator to provide collembola to the arthropods.

• Implemented and analyzed of experiments to determine if endosymbiotic Rickettsiella causes

cytoplasmic incompatibility in a spider host.
