● Provide feedback, guidance, and training to clinical staff on best practices,
therapeutic interventions, and case management techniques.
● Develop and implement clinical treatment protocols, guidelines, and best
practices based on evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, 12-Step Facilitation, etc.).
● Oversee the development of individualized treatment plans for clients,
ensuring that they are tailored to meet each client’s unique needs, goals, and challenges.
● Ensure that all clinical services are delivered in compliance with applicable
regulations, including state/federal guidelines, HIPAA, and licensing/accreditation requirements.
● Collaborate with the Program Director to evaluate and enhance treatment
services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
● Supervise and ensure the proper case management of clients throughout
their treatment process, from intake through discharge and aftercare.
● Support clients in the development of recovery goals and ensure that
appropriate interventions are in place to help them achieve sustained sobriety and overall well-being.
● Ensure that clinical documentation is completed in a timely, accurate, and
comprehensive manner, adhering to regulatory requirements and
organizational standards.
● Foster a team-oriented, client-centered approach to care by ensuring
effective communication between clinical staff, administrative teams, and other departments (e.g., medical, case management, and outreach).
● Provide support in managing crisis situations, including mental health
crises, relapse situations, or medical emergencies, in collaboration with clinical and medical staff.
● Ensure that clinical staff are trained and equipped to manage high-risk
situations and respond appropriately to clients in crisis.
