Outdoor Activities: Outdoor Trad Climbing, swimming, gardening, and advocating for the integration of physical health and wellness into daily life
3rd-year osteopathic medical student with a dynamic background in business, cinematic arts, and digital design, bolstered by seven years of leading large-scale wellness retreats focused on mindfulness, self-discovery, and digital detox. Transitioning from creative endeavors to studying at Touro University California's College of Osteopathic Medicine, I have dedicated myself to a practice of integrated healthcare, blending creative problem-solving with compassionate patient care. My clinical rotations across hospitals in Fairfield, Napa, and the Central Coast have honed my skills in diverse medical environments, always with an emphasis on patient-centered care, interdisciplinary teamwork, and clear communication. As I advance into more specialized rotations, I am eager to leverage my distinct background and insights to tackle complex healthcare challenges, foster effective team collaborations, and drive forward advancements in patient outcomes and healthcare delivery.
