Our centers house a multitude of specialists, ranging from systems designers, architects and integrators, to creative digital experts, to cyber risk and human capital professionals. All work together on diverse projects from advanced preconfigured solutions and methodologies, to brand-building and campaign management. The US Delivery Center supports a collaborative team culture where we work and live close to home with limited travel.
  
Work you'll do:
  
Not only will candidates be joining a project team, they will be joining a team of resources dedicated to delivering client engagements from an off-site location focused on common tools, technologies, and methodologies.

Systems Engineering
  
Our Systems Engineering team delivers large-scale software applications and integrated systems, and assists clients with architecture design, assessment and optimization, and definition. We develop service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integration solutions to enable information sharing and management between business partners and disparate processes and systems, and we deliver technology enablement to support CIO services transformation.
  
Systems Engineering professionals focus on key client issues that impact the core business by maximizing operational value, driving down the cost of quality, and enhancing technology innovation. Our teams deliver a wide range of services, including application architecture design and optimization, application modernization, business process management and solution integration, custom application design and development, and large-scale technology delivery program efforts.
  
Qualifications:

* Provide technical support to a DoD client enterprise
* The successful candidate will perform common tasks of user call processing, incident management, service request management, and escalation of higher-level incidents and problems to other IT functional teams
* They are responsible for PC and windows account administration
* Candidate will gather the information needed to resolve customer issues and provide verbal and remote instruction/assistance to customers, including status updates as needed
  
Required Skills:

* CRM Contact Server Operations
* Active Directory (AD)
* Help Desk/Service Desk
* Microsoft SMS (System Management Server)
* 6+ years of relevant professional experience in a large, diverse, server 
* Environment.
* Must be a U.S. Citizen 
* Must have active Secret Clearance 
* Must be willing to live and work in the Orlando, FL area
  
Additional Requirement:

* Six years general experience and at least 2 years specialized
* Must have general PC and Microsoft Office troubleshooting skills and the
* Ability to clearly converse with customers at all levels
* Remedy experience a plus
