  • Salesforce CRM Implementation: Sunset existing CRM implementation platform Migrating all contained bizdev logic from the virtualized C+ Application into Salesforce CRM completing customer Data Migrations with programmatic mapping and then using Dataloader tool to import the data, coordinating UAT working sessions and lunch and learns with Business teams and developing and implementing integrations to existing microservices architecture (using APEX, AWS API Gateway, EKS, and EventBridge). Mentored a pair of SMEs on my delivery team to serve as administrators and caretakers of the platform.
  • AWS Cloud Platform: Completely redesigned physical enterprise architecture into cloud friendly configuration and migrated all platform services to AWS Cloud using Terraform and Ansible.
  • Kubernetes: Using Terraform for AWS based Kubernetes Cluster (EKS), Architected and deployed Kubernetes platform per major environment. Managed deployments and secrets with AWS Secrets Manager, Bitbucket Pipelines and Helm.
  • Continuous Deployments: Implemented ArgoCD for Application State management for all non-prod environments to increase development throughput, provided lunch and learn’s and training sessions to help ramp up adoption across IT organization.
  • Microservice Architecture: Using newly deployed containerized infrastructure rearchitected core services including insurance claims processing, prescription intake, rebates reconciliation, patient portal, shipping management, partner integration, CRM background Services, etc.
  • Disaster Recovery/Security Overhaul: Sunset NewRelic platform and Implemented Terraform enabled recovery system utilizing Datadog to monitor application state Darktrace to monitor environment safety and bitbucket pipelines to execute recovery deployment on disaster trigger. Implemented Security Program according to HIPAA, PCI, and NIST standards and developed BDR Plans with business stakeholders. Worked with Chief Compliance Officer to design implement and review compliance and audit reporting (Monthly).
  • Data Platform Overhaul: Migrated from expensive multi-region manually built MSQL clusters to RDS Clusters backed with a data lake plus glue and Lambda jobs for report and analytics distribution.

Worked with Senior Compliance Officer to design and implement code review and deployment requirements and documentation before onboarding developers.
  • AWS Cloud Platform: Architected and deployed 3 major environments during the launch of ecommerce website, Certification Staging and Production. Created CI/CD pipelines in Spinnaker and Helm, code repositories in Bitbucket, and docker image repositories in Jfrog for each environment. Additionally, created VPCs and network connections, created kafka topics, and Kibana indices for each environment as well.
  • Versonix Seaware Platform: Architected multi-tier Seaware Stack separating Web Server, BizOTA, and Inventory cache leveraging application load balancers and persistent storage to create a highly available application stack to serve the eCommerce Platform.
  • Kubernetes Cluster: Using KOPS for AWS based Kubernetes Cluster and KubeSpray for Ship Based Kubernetes Cluster, Architected, and deployed kubernetes platform per major environment. Implemented deployment and secrets with Spinnaker and Helm. Implemented Clusters management with Rancher UI.
