My drive to serve in an administrative role stems from my passion to see other succeed and feel supported. This is not simply limited to students, but to teachers, paras, school staff, student guardians, and community members. As a leader, it is my dream to help create an educational environment where every member of our school community understands they matter and they make the difference. Educationally, I have a passion to help lead a school in vertical and horizontal alignment, utilizing the strengths of all team members and designing and educational environment that supports all content area in each and every content area.
