· Collaborate with the sales team to provide essential support, such as preparing for sales events and promotional materials.
· Assist in processing sales orders, tracking leads, and managing customer inquiries and returns.

ShipStation, webBlox and QuickBooks:
· Utilize ShipStation, webBlox, and QuickBooks to manage shipping and billing processes efficiently.
· Maintain and update shipping and financial records in QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
· Optimize shipping workflows and automation through ShipStation to improve order tracking and customer communication.
Inventory Management:
· Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock-outs or overstock situations.
· Implement best practices for inventory control, including cycle counting and periodic audits.· · Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of inventory and handle returns as well as defective items.
Shipping and Fulfillment:
· Oversee the end-to-end shipping and fulfillment process, including order processing, packing, labeling, and shipping of promotional products to customers.
