I was hired under Pro Recourses for my job at Continental Diamond Tool. It was a 3 month journey that was a prerequisite to officially becoming part of the staff at CDT. Over the span of 3 months i averaged around 48 hours a week without a single tardy. My boss at the time had said i had the progression of personal that had been there for over a year. The certificate was for being the candidate that made the company the most money over a three month trial term.
