Abigail Harpole

Throughout my time spent working at Kendra and Khloe Boutique and Beauty Bar, I was a part of customer service, helping customers to find clothing and accessories that best fit their own personal style for day to day life outfits or even for special events. I was also a part of the process of ordering merchandise through different online clothing resources, and then I helped with the tagging, pricing and displaying of different products. Through this job I learned lots about facial services using a Cryo machine and played a large role in booking services to be done.

As a student who is working towards a degree in Elementary Education, I volunteered in a local fourth grade classroom in my hometown in order to gain experience in a classroom setting. I worked with kids for a few hours a week, helping to answer questions the kids had about their assignments and beginning to build bonds with the children in the classroom.

Through out my time working at Ice Age Frozen Yogurt and Coffee I was front line in customer service while taking drink orders, making lotus energy drink's, coffee's, tea's, and many more drink options. I was also part of a team that managed the frozen yogurt machines, which involved problem solving errors, mixing flavors and cleaning the appearance from the outside of the machine. This job taught me how to work along side a team and work through challenges with co-workers, customers, and equiptment.

Throughout these summers I was help responsible for the safety of several children while in the water. I made sure to always account for the kids that I was in charge of watching and instruct them in the ways that I was instructed to do so. This job taught me much responsibility and how to react under pressure in certain situations.
