  • As part of a team of 3, my scope of work included sales on a SMB level, and back-end construction planning and design.
  • This position was crucial to supporting WOW! with their 4-billion-dollar investment into fiber optics in that area.
  • In this roll I utilized Salesforce CRM along with internal software to efficiently move SMB customers through 30-, 60-, and 90-day sales cycles
  • In this position, my team and I used 95% cold outreach techniques, including cold calling, door to door, email campaigns, to generate and retain new customers
  • I also worked heavily with WOW!'s construction and design team, balancing CST and ROI cost for planning fiber expansions into dozens of plazas and MTU's. Effectively securing ROE and state permitting when required.

  • During my time with Vivint I aided in running two summer sales campaigns responsible for 30 man teams, the first in Quad Cities, Iowa, and the second in Austin, Texas.
  • My responsibilities in this position included hiring and retaining sales representatives, and in-field training using door-to-door cold interactions, which transitioned to inside sales and same-day installations of smart home systems.
  • In both summer I personally funded over $250,000 worth of MRC for Vivint and its financing partners (Citizen's bank/Fortiva retail finance), each office sold over $1,000,000 worth of equipment which approximated to 1000-1200 new customers.
  • In the role of Sales Manager, I also handled overseeing area management and sales rep/tech relationships.
