• Working as a pharmacy technician, I developed outstanding customer service skills to ensure patients receive the best possible care. I work with both patients and my pharmacist to make sure all medications are filled and prepared with care and accuracy. I maintained the cleanliness and organization of pharmacy work area. I collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve medication issues. I also always verify with the patient information to confirm they are getting the correct medication and clear up any confusion to the best of my ability.

• My responsibilities include but were not limited to greeting each customer with a warm welcome and assisting them with questions or product locations, stocking shelves and coolers with products and rotating, keeping a clean and safe work environment, managing the department on my own, stepping in anywhere needed, and going above and beyond expectations to help the store as effectively as possible.

My experience as a summer camp counselor has developed my strong skills in working in a fast-paced environment that prioritizes safety and cleanliness. Tasks included supervising daily activities for campers, ensuring safety and engagement, planning and leading recreational activities, fostering teamwork and cooperation, and communicating effectively with parents about camper progress and activities. It had taught me a lot on how to maintain such a busy environment during the crazy times while keeping everyone safe and areas clean and organized as well as strong communication skills.
