I handled customer service, scheduling appointments, monitoring facility needs staffing, back stock & also took care of every dog! I was cross trained across the whole store to maintain accuracy!

I start every shift off by doing rounds, taking care of residents hygiene needs, i also assist with nutritional, physical, environmental, and emotional needs!

• At Swig my job as a Shift Lead was to accompany our GM in all the tasks required to keep us successfully operating! My day-to-day tasks, included delegating & managing a team with over 30 team members.
• I also counted inventory, managed kpi and counted tills and did the bank deposits!

• As a level6 shift manager I was responsible to be cross trained in every position and fill in where I was needed while also delegating tasks that needed to be done to make my store run efficiently and smoothly
• I also opened/closed as manager when needed

• At HTeaO my main tittle was A shift lead/manager
• My duties consisted of, managing a30+ employed crew
• And selling merchandise, counting inventory, handling tills
• And ensuring customer engagement/ satisfaction
• Also assisting my team, during peak times
• And making sure I was cross trained on brew/window/barista

• At Jay Jay Cafe, I started out as a hostess sitting people down and ensuring every customer was set to enjoy a good meal
• Shortly after I moved up to cashier & hosting, cashiers were responsible for not just hosting but also cashing people out taking payments and handing money back
• While performing all of my shift responsibilities I was also responsible to ensure every customer walked out with a smile
• I also, was responsible for taking to-go orders and packaging to-gos together making sure every item the customer ordered was in the bag
• I also served when needed
