It is my responsibility to provide adequate diagnosis of customer vehicles related to their concern. As well as perform the work to meet state standards of safety. Communicating issues to customers is also essential to my position. Cleaning/ maintaining my workspace, and the shop is also among my responsibilities.

Crew Chief at Discount Tire meant being in charge of providing helpful, friendly, and responsive customer service. Provided accurate and detailed product, warranty, and tire/wheel-related information back to the customer. Participated in training including workflow process, safety, and company policies. Encouraged our team of Technicians to strive for the Best in Service satisfaction.

My responsibilities included but, were not limited to, prioritizing and executing the daily tasks for the Shipping department. Continuously operated in a FAST PACED, HIGH-VOLUME environment while keeping the workflow EXTREMELY ORGANIZED, EFFICIENT and STRESS LEVELS LOW. Co-lead a team of highly motivated and productive individuals to facilitate order fulfillment. Managed daily invoice processing for a large number of vendors and day-to-day walk-ins. Handled the review and resolution of disputes, general concerns, and questions with a Best in Service attitude. Established and cultivated relationships with vendors, customers, and unique co-workers, resulting in ongoing business development and revenue growth opportunities.

Delivered fast, friendly, and accurate service to all Jimmy John's customers to ensure their expectations were fully met. Accurately total, processed, and collected payments from guests using the point-of-sales system. Assisted in the training of new Jimmy John employees.
