Dependable and effective in managing operations. Successful in encouraging team members to work efficiently and meet production targets. Well-organized, self-motivated, and knowledgeable about successful strategies for managing fast-paced work. I have several years of experience in phlebotomy, dermatology, and general medical practice, combined with a previous 2 years of experience as a dental assistant in a high-paced dental practice while in undergrad. I possess strong multitasking skills, with the capability to successfully complete various tasks. Excellent communication skills in communicating and educating patients of any population on medications, diseases, illnesses, healthier lifestyles, medication administration, the purpose of medications for a patient’s illnesses, and improving patients' health and wellness. I am also always eager to educate myself, be educated, and find ways to improve myself in the workplace.
I am always looking for ways to volunteer and educate the population about Organ donation and/or fundraising for Donate Life, KODA, and or the National Kidney Foundation. Organ Donation has always been a big part of my life and after my dad received a kidney in 2019, it became an even bigger part of my life. I love to educate people on how important organ donation and being an organ donor is and how much it can help so many people.
