As assistant manager at Baba Nahm, I was trained on all main positions.

• Front of house, which includes communicating with customers and using POS, stocking products, bussing tables, and managing till/money.
• Line cook / Back of house and prep. I am familiar with all the food that goes in and out of the restaurant, I was often preparing food during lunch/dinner service, we offer quick and casual service, serving Middle-Eastern inspired cuisine.
• General Upkeep / Managerial duties. I, along with my colleagues, was responsible for tasks such as, inventory/scheduling oversight through POS applications, accepting catering inquiries, working with food tour companies in the area to schedule walking tours, and meeting various needs around the restaurant.

• Delivered outstanding service to customers to maintain and extend relationships for future business opportunities.
• Gathered, organized and input information into digital database.
• Refurbishing used devices, such as laptops and desktop computers for resale.
