I started at this establishment when I was 16 years old as a host for a year. I as later promoted to be a togo host for two years. After that I was LAD which was a position where I was in charge of the host stand and togo room, shortly after leading me to become a key hourly manager which I have been doing for almost four months now.

• Counted registers and cleaned and secured store at end of shift.
• Submitted reports to senior management to aid in business decision-making and planning.3
• Listened to and addressed customer concerns using creative problem-solving in accordance with company guidelines.
• Directed employees to create displays, upsell featured items and tidy store during assigned shifts.
• Assisted with scheduling, interviewing and other administrative tasks to boost success successful store.
