Working for MACU I have tons of experience. I started off as a Teller and within six months I was opening new accounts and doing credit cards. I was also helping out with the lead teller duties. Such as ordering cash/supplies, helping with scheduling, and training new team members. After a year with MACU I transferred to their South Logan office where I became a MEO. I was trained to do all loans that MACU offers in the branch. Some of those are auto loans, signature loans, RV loans, Home Equity loans (Heloc, 1st/2nd Mortgage), and workout loans. I was trained to open business accounts and trust accounts as well. Something I love is by using my financial knowledge I can come up with solutions to consolidate debt. Helping members when they are in a tough spot is one of my favorite things. Here are a few other things a MEO does.

My roles at Winco varied. I was hired as a cashier, but was also doing other duties. Executed self-checkout, stocked shelves, and assisted with customer service. Communicated with customers to resolve issues effectively.
