My goal as a server is to create revenue by upselling items to the customer such as specialty cocktails/ spirits, appetizers and deserts while informing guests of menu items that are exceptional and exciting to the dining experience. I also enjoy interacting with guests and inviting them back for special events, scheduled menu special such as happy hour, brunch specials and nightly dinner specials.
