• Support the Buying department through the Value Chain Optimization (VCO) program by leading projects that have achieved an estimated $17.7 million in business value, with an additional $4.3 million projected by September 2024. Develop and execute strategic plans, conduct competitive analysis, and identify new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability.
• Serve as the Buyer Enablement lead for VCO, supporting the creation and delivery of trainings to the Buying department to enhance knowledge on value chain optimization topics and strategic agreements with suppliers.
