• Support the Buying department through the Value Chain Optimization (VCO) program by leading projects that have achieved an estimated $17.7 million in business value, with an additional $4.3 million projected by September 2024. Develop and execute strategic plans, conduct competitive analysis, and identify new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability.

• Serve as the Buyer Enablement lead for VCO, supporting the creation and delivery of trainings to the Buying department to enhance knowledge on value chain optimization topics and strategic agreements with suppliers.

• Manage teams of Technical Analysts, Project Specialists, and Project Analyst, providing strategic direction and leadership to ensure the successful execution of projects.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with NSOC, NWOC, NSUST, NSCM, Legal, NFA, PMO, QA, GS, and international VCO teams to ensure the successful rollout of initiatives.

• Serve as the liaison between VCO and Legal, assisting in the creation of Long-Term Agreements to foster strategic partnerships with key suppliers and meet aggressive 5-year growth plans.

• Trainer and mentor for new VCO managers and current VCO team members, developing and delivering comprehensive trainings to enhance skills and knowledge in the team.

• Managed the Southeast Missouri region, representing $65M+ in annual revenue, and oversaw 120+ employees. • Implemented a strategic approach that transformed underperforming stores into top-performing locations, increasing operational efficiency by 8% at two locations.

• Led teams through significant changes, including new store management at 4 locations, boosting morale and increasing sales by 10-15% in the district.

• Developed and implemented a division-wide product management strategy, reducing average store out-of-stocks by 25%.

• Served as the lead DM for the Project Management Committee, the Treasury Team, and the Communications Committee.

• Led recruiting efforts for DMTs and Interns, enhancing the talent pipeline and onboarding process for OFA and OLA.
