Aliah Lantigua

My role as a sales lead / key holder, is to make sure I sell what’s in store and making sure the customers are satisfied with the service. Besides selling, I’m also apart of the stock team in the store and always making sure the store is filled with products for the customers, since I’m also a key holder, my role is to open or close on certain shift days by counting register making sure it has the correct amount of cash, emailing other mangers and filling out paperwork. I also help mange the associates as well. It’s also my job to make sure the environment is clean as well.

My role at produce stocker at BJ’s wholesales club was to stock up the produce isle, updating prices when needed, removing expired product off the produce shelves, counting inventory once a month, putting in orders for the produce department, maintaining a clean environment, and also making sure customers were satisfied with their product.

I was a cashier at rite-aid that dealt with cash handling. Besides being a cashier, I would help change prices when it needed to be updated, help stock the shelves, keep my environment clean, get along with my co-workers, and most importantly help customers out with any concerns they had and greet them as well.

I was a cashier at a concession stand for the First Energy Stadium where the minor league Reading Fightin Phils played. Besides being a cashier, my role was to also maintain a clean environment which meant washing dishes, sweeping, and disinfecting the area. I also would sometimes help recommend certain food options to the customers and answer any questions that they had.
