Hello! My name is Allison Frankenreiter and I am graduating from Germanna in December of 2026 with an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing. I have spent many years working in healthcare, expanding my knowledge, and perfecting the skills that have granted me the confidence that I am ready to hit the floor when I graduate. I have gained immense interest in joining the Labor and Delivery unit at Stafford Hospital through an amazing experience attending clinicals. Upon arrival, I immediately felt this was the environment in which I would excel. I experienced many amazing nurses who thrive in patient care. This unit demonstrated many strengths in teamwork, patient care, and compassion, showing how much they love what they do. I am compassionate, motivated, fast learning, and perform very well in fast-paced/high-stress situations, which are only a few of the many reasons that I know I would be a wonderful fit for labor and delivery. I assure that I will give the best support to these growing families in these beautiful moments and would be honored as well as beyond grateful to be given the opportunity.
