  • Supervised team of 5 staff members.
  • Collaborated with team of 10 in the development of Severe Weather Protocol for half the state of MS. I wrote the Protocol after the team decided on the major details.
  • I developed 3 trainings for foster parents for their on-going service hours. They have to have 10 each year and the trainings were approved by our Deputy Commissioner of Clinical Support to be use for all foster parents in Mississippi.
