Energetic sales agent and customer service representative. Licensed health producer in the state of NEW JERSEY.
At this company I am a recruiter. I spend my day setting up interviews, scheduling zoom meetings, emailing and messaging potential candaites and keep track of candidates via spreadsheets. I was promoted to conducting interviews after about a month of working here, as well as breaking company records!
When I first started with this company I was doing sales and fronting out leads for licensed agents. Around January of 2023 they opened up a customer service department and moved me to that side. I ran the department by myself until March, we hired another representative to work alongside me. I made calls for member profiles, pitch insurance plans, update member info, payment info, and much more. I also received my Health Insurance Producer license at this job, issued October 13th, 2023.
At this company I work from home. I took several calls a day helping customers refill prescriptions, update rx's, cancel prescriptions and so much more dealing with their medications. I did a lot of transferring, note taking, and problem solving. This position was moved to an in person location far from my home- so I needed to relocate.
This business is a kiosk located in a mall. We sold hair products such as: Flatirons, Curling wands, Hair serum, etc. My job was to stop potential customers and bring them over to the kiosk and perform a demo. I stopped an average of 20-30 people a day and 15-20 of those people result in a closed sale. I was a regular sales associate for two weeks, then I was promoted to manager. In my manager position my duties remained the same but I made the schedule, took care of inventory, handled any returns, and make sure everyone stays on their P's and Q's. I also trained new sales reps who joined the team!
My responsibility at Carters as a sales associate was to assist customers with finding items they were looking for and work at the register. I stocked shelves, unloaded shipments and answered phone calls.
I worked as a line server for Salad Works. My day would consist of making salads and various other dishes, keeping the store clean, and prep and prepare meals. I was training to become a shift lead, however this job was shut down during covid, so I needed to relocate once covid guidelines were lifted.
At Pine Hill Pizza I worked as a cashier. My typical day would consist of taking calls for delivery/pickup and handling money if someone came in. I would prep food, food boxes and wait on tables. I was promoted to shift lead after about 4 months of working there because of my dedication!
