I have a detailed knowledge and proper application of the Rating Schedule and other applicable instructions, and I am fully accountable for proper analysis, appropriate development, and final rating determination. I have a detailed knowledge of federal laws, rules, and regulation concerning the veteran's benefits. My experience has given me the ability to evaluate evidence and other pertinent data to reach sound conclusions in a timely and efficient manner. I also provide consultative advice and assistance to Veterans Service Representative. I also lend my expertise in developing Veterans Service Representatives skills as they relate to evidence gathering for rating decision. I also act as an advocate for veterans and their beneficiaries in their dealings with other VA elements and organizations that affect their claims.
