  • Managed several developers, as well as a CTO, to build the platform through prototyping, wire framing and project management
  • Implemented expansion to 12 cities across the country. Interviewed, hired, and developed compensation plans for 12 market managers, who are currently running these markets
  • Created and facilitated presentations at various recruiting events, which helped to grow our current database to over 70,000 people, including families and college aged individuals
  • The Juggle platform has transacted 90,,000 jobs between babysitters and families, growing gross volume to $7M, in under 6 years
  • Developed partnerships with hospital systems, including The Ohio State University Medical Center, University of North Carolina Health Systems, and Christ Hospitals, where they subsidized the cost of child care needs to their doctors and nurses
  • Negotiated contracts with corporations, to include our services in their employee benefit program
  • Appeared on Apple's first Reality TV show called Planet of the Apps, where I did intensive training on how to pitch our company and persuade Private Equity firms to invest
