Communication to me is KEY. Communication gets you far. If you communicate with your co-workers, guests, customers, you will always end up with better results than not talking to them. For example, I had somebody call into Liberty Tax & Loans and they didn’t realize they had bad debit with the company, well I told the guest that there seems to be a little bit of bad history between the company and them and that if they could take care of it, we could figure out a way to help them with their needs. Just taking the time to show that you truly care makes a difference in somebody.
