I successfully waited on many tables, taking care of all their needs. At times, I would also be in the kitchen running everyone’s food out, including plating all the meals.

There were multiple businesses in this franchise; I served at 2 of their restaurants strictly just waiting on tables. Hart & Crown was more of an upscale British Pub experience, while MAD Taco was more of a fun street taco place. Both places were very attractable to all types of customers and taught me so much about customer service and hospitality.

Front of House had many roles. There were days I managed the drive-through window, also making all of the drinks. When I worked the counter, I’d take everyone’s orders as well as address any problems they may have. This also includes going outside to take orders in the drive-through line.
