At Fifi’s I would help quests find wigs for various occasions such as helping performers find or create the wig of their dreams to helping clients with hair loss feel more comfortable with our hyper realistic

styles. At Fifi’s I would also design the shop and window displays. I also sold my own jewelry in the shop as well.

I would lead various themed tours throughout the FQ. Including ghost/folklore tours, French Quarter history, “saints and sinners” which was an adults only tour and Treme music history. My passion is New Orleans history so I very much loved this job but ultimately the streets of New Orleans are very unpredictable. So concerned for my own safety I moved on.

At brasserie I started out as a host. Coordinating and blocking tables for reservations,

Greeting guests and creating an overall welcoming front of house environment. After a while of working there I would both serve and host. Ultimately we lost our jobs when covid hit.
