Working as a call center agent, my role was to provide my services regarding flight reservations, modifications, and cancellations, as well as travel package reservations, including car rentals and lodging. I also worked in the luggage department, where I had to locate lost luggage that did not arrive at their destination with the passengers, resolve the issue of stolen items from luggage, damaged luggage, advise on weight, measurement, size, and policies, among other activities.

As a Quality Analyst, my role was to monitor a high volume of calls from agents and ensure that established metrics were met, thereby identifying weaknesses in order to provide appropriate training and strengthen those areas.

As an Accountant I managed accounts receivable and payable, reconciled bank statements, and prepared financial reports, reviewed invoices for accuracy and completeness prior to payment processing, provided guidance to other departments regarding accounting policies and procedures, coordinated with external auditors during the annual audit process by providing requested documents and responding to inquiries in a timely manner, prepared monthly closing entries for multiple companies' books of records, assisted in the preparation of tax returns by gathering necessary information from clients and maintaining organized files with documents related to taxes.
