As a former three-year college football starter, I bring firsthand knowledge of the demands of being an athlete and what it takes to succeed when competing. I can affectively communicate, understand training needs with coaches and players. My background in the weight room, along with my athletic background gives me the skills to enhance athlete performance and reduce injury.
