
At Del Taco I came in at 18, and within a year I had been acknowledged for my work ethic. That is what had led me to go through training to be a manager. Through this experience I learned many vital tasks such as cash drops, multitasking, managing co-workers through busy moments. My records for both jobs were also identical in that, I was always on time, I made sure to keep my stations cleaned and organized, and I understood what it took for a manager, beyond just greeting customers.
